Whisky for you, a teeny bit of whisky in the babys milk and a sleep clinic for the missis?

Didn't you read the manual that came with the baby?

It's a case of "they all do that sir."

The current Mrs Woz snores like a machine gun. Can't use earplugs either as she's deaf and I need to hear the alarm in the morning :(

Get a vibrating alarm (goes under the mattress and shakes you awake) and wear earplugs. Alternatively, a really loud alarm on your side of the bed, with the speaker pointing towards you will almost certainly wake you, even with earplugs in.

Get a vibrating alarm, it goes under your pillow and shakes you awake (scared the LIFE out of me first time round). Looky here (http://www.connevans.co.uk/store/viewCategory.do?id=172).

But yeah, sleep deprivation sucks :( Nasal Strips for the wife?

So glad I am not alone here. I use ear plugs but they hurt my ears after lying on them for a period of time. Also no good for when it vibrates through the pillows  I feel like murdering the other half at times, well I nearly did last night ha ha.

I found a spare bedroom works a treat, which in my eyes kinda means I may as well be single !

I proped his head up with extra pillows for a time, worked for a bit but wiggling means they get dislodged and back to square one.

What is the answer, all the non snores put their hands up and sleep together leaving the snorers in a room unable to get sleep for all the others snoring around them which in turn will mean silence.

Exactly!
I usually sleep downstairs on a camp bed, because we don't have a spare room :-(

All feelings when deprived of sleep are more extreme, tiredness makes people feel very irrational at that time.

I have only ever lived with one person and he snored a little, that I managed to get used to but I have to say I have issues with sharing my bed, mainly cause I have had it to myself for so long and I like my sleep.

When I am back on shift I will get it back more as I will be sleeping in the day when most are working .... thank god LOL :p only joking Mr Woozle - I love those vibrating tones:smt072
