maximuscle sell it and all thier products are tested for drugs etc....
someone in the comments at the end makes a good point about if its taken from mothers in the first 12hrs after giving birth then it could be harmful for the calf..but thats a different topic...anyone used it? had results?

Not worth it mate -stick to protein, creatine, and aminos-can't go wrong there.
The colostrum (name given to the milk within the first twelve hours of animals giving birth) is regarded as containing essential vitamins and minerals that ensure the animal gets a healthy solid foundation to start life with ,also helps fend of any virus/infection that they might possibly have.
Don't bother with maximuscle-over rated, and overpriced-i've pm'd you a link to the best and most competative supplement place in the uk.

simples!..burn more calories than you consume..easy in theory....except
2 weeks ago i started running every other night plus carrying on playing football....
first week great, mind set was right..got on the scales and was 6 pound lighter (same time monday morning 1 week on)...not a huge difference admitedly but my weight never fluctuates more than 1 or 2 lb so i was pleased....
anyway..second week (yesterday on the scales)...back up to as before, as second week I ate a lot more than the first week,.....im constantly hungry.....
I want to try supplements to at least try and calm the hunger in the early stages untill i start seeing clear results!

do you drink much water?
actually mate I think you just hit the nail on the head.....Id not thought about it....but the first week I was drinking a lot of water throughout the day in work....but the second week the cleaner had thrown my water bottle out and id not thought about it....so this could be a factor as to why i done carp the second week....back on the water tomorrow....i want my six pack back before hols lol
hunger can somtimes be mistaken for thirst, or slight de-highdration(sp)

Nah mate just plain old husky-rarely post but find the information really helpful-three weeks left of bulking then i'm gonna be cutting, be interesting to see what i've done.I know i'm stronger almost got my pb beaten on the bench, and i'm lifting substantialy more on every excercise, my squats gone through the roof -its been hard-training 5 days out of 7 but once the cuttings done it'll be worth it.
As hovis said drink plenty water-if you go on creatine and your not drinking enough the headaches are unreal

I never thought I'd ever say this.........but I agree with something Hovis has just said.
Powders etc never seemed to help me bulk up - I think that they're pretty much snake oil.
Eating the right foodstuffs (tuna, chicken, beef etc) seems to be the key.
As for creatine - it only ever made my muscles bloaty due to water retention!
