Can't be any worse than bennetts. Give them a try, i would at that price, just make sure you read the small print ect!!

well they run the "50to125.com" insurance lot that i've seen around for years, a quick google search doesn't bring back pages and pages of bad reviews (not one in the first two anyway)
i'd see who's underwriting the policy and if it's one of the big hitters then it should be OK shirley?
KGM, HUGE co and v well known but we use them at work and they wont quote....gggrr

Mines Insured with KGM, but through Express. Never heard of Simply Bikes, but KGM are Lloyds underwriters. Fortunately not had to make a claim so cant comment on their claims service.
i just had a quote and they say they cant quote me :(
See thats weird, as they are either quoting ppl near enough the same price or no quote at all

I thought the same, Im getting £650 current insurer fc or £300 fc with Simply, I will go with simply as they are underwritten by a well known insurer, I dont think the policies have the ability to be complex (ie multi bike ) but to add my dad cost nothing... £0.0p. My biek is worth arounf £6k for insurance purposes.
You cant list mods on the web but they will honour web prices if you call and you can add non power increasing mods no problem. This will be why they are coming back no quote.
Hope that helps.

:smt043 Sorry couldn't hold that in!
Simply quoted my son £306 TPFT for a DRZ and similar for a SV650. They were miles cheaper on the DRZ but 'thereabouts' on the SV. He is 21, 0 NCB and new rider (or will be)

i got quoted £800 tpo then they wouldn't quote for tpft or fully comp.
and i'm 20 with 2 years no claims.

+1.
Their rather gypo website rings alarm bells for me too. Still, I'd chance it so long as I paid for it on credit card and all the docs came through okay.

The best I did for my last renewal was though A Quote and they did me a very good deal with Norwich Union. For better than yourself or e-bike etc.
do you not get a staff discount?
simply would not quote me
Yes i get staff discount but even then they cant cover what i need,
looks like its going to be ebike as they allow both of us to commute (although i wont) and i can have the 675, sv and me and treacle all on one policy
i pay about 580 FC for my SV and im 21, no bike no claims, but 2 years no claims on the car and 4 years driving a car.
I did a quote on a 675 and it came in at about 1700-1800.
One day i will have one though.
