That horse is cut lovely- its like artwork..

me has a phobia of horses- but can appreciate them through a PC screen

Horses are too high off the ground for me.

Cant get my feet down when they stop. :)

hence you are "jumping" about an eight of an inch off the ground.! hee hee

naa I jest- its all good.

She is a pretty pony - do you mean Arab X Sport Horse? nice mix - quite hardy I should think!:D

Yep, thats what she is, fairly hardy, very quick, has jumped over 4' but not with us yet, she's frans first pony (14.2 hands) and is rock steady on the road. Still seems a long way to the ground to me, only come off once so far and not aiming to repeat the experience. :-D:-D.

Sounds like a good sort - that's what you want nice and steady especially for on the road :D .

you think that's a long way to the ground - you should try 17hands+! :lol: once you get used to it you don't really notice though :cool:

you think that's a long way to the ground - you should try 17hands+! :lol: once you get used to it you don't really notice though :cool:

I bet you do when you unintentionally dismount and hit the ground, ouch, should have worn a parachute, should be standard issue when riding a horse that big,:D

she's a scottish sports horse x arab x thoroughbred
i used to hate jumping so am realli proud with that jump!
dad will be catching up with me soon don't you think!

First horse I ever got on was a 16.2 :shock: I was only 11 LOL. Very placid thing though called Gus :cool:

you need to do it at least once in your life Ed, tis an amazing feeling! unless you're afraid of heights of course :shock: but then there are dinkier equines out there :mrgreen:
