newcastle night out, recomended

working near newcastle at the weekend, we decided saturday night to go into the city for a few drinks, what a great place. good pubs/clubs :rave: and lots of very fit women, every one was so frendly. i think i may be moving up north

I heard it's one of the best nights ever went out with a few mates that live there and we were all a bit dissapointed (Still had a flippin good night though). Lots of people seem to get dissapointed when they go up. Maybe we went to the wrong places. Where did you go?

ive heard this a few times, not been yet, met a few lass's from newcastle when i worked abroad....yes they were very eerr friendly:)

+1. I went there on a stag do a few years ago. To be honest I didn't have great expectations - I thought it would be a 'grim Northern town' (I'm aware this sounds strange coming from someone who lives in Brum!) but I loved the place. Everyone was really friendly, people genuinely wanted to chat to us in the pubs / bars to find out what we thought about the place, etc. No-one EVER does that in Brum, they just want to fight you!

We also paid a trip out to Whitley Bay where we got entertained by some extremely attractive 'adult dancers'. In a pub. At 3 in the afternoon.

I couldn't recommend the place highly enough!

me and the work folk spend a fair bit of time there and for years now we reckon its crackin night out

chicks are well tough, they seem to have a thing about going out in basque kinda things with the thigh length boots even in the winter :p
