Hello!
Im new here and haven't posted before. So I'm going to post some pictures of my old bike which I recently used to pass my test on, an 1982 Suzuki GS125 and my new bike, a 1999 curvy SV400.

I'm on a restricted budget as well as a restricted licence and this 400 came up at £900 and its in very good nick so we thought we'd have it. Also the insurance is slightly more cheaper at just under £400 for the 400 and it was just under £600 for a 650 which was the one I wanted really. Believe it or not it doesn't get round it as it actually makes 52bhp when it was new. Seems quite alot for a 400 really considering the 650 is 69-72 is it?
like the 400, am in salford, relatively new to biking, let us know if u wana ride out sometime.
i went the extra and opted for the 650s, silver.

I would have gone for an '08 pointy in blue with a white strip down the middle, saw it at the NEC in December and fell in love with it but as I'm only a student I can't afford it!! Yeah I'll let ya know when the weathers nicer!

Both bikes are brilliant...i passed my first CBT on a GS125, and the SV400 is awesome because its an SV and there arn't many 400's about :D you'll be well alright with that at 33 bhp :rave:
