Disgusting waste of space the pair of them
When I'm supreme overlord of Greater Europe people like that will be ground alive into a low calorie mince and use to feed the prison population, that should help "rehabilitate" some of the lesser crims
Shes hot.

What a joke 6 weeks in prison for killing another person. One rule for them and another for us eh:rolleyes: But they again why should expect anything less for our court system.

Scum.
A grandmother........at 37 :safe:
Clearly they are the council fodder production of society, the type that need castrated at birth.
There not much you can say, your not safe anywhere anymore as there is always some nutcase on the edge of blowing their fuse.

Hey, hang on, I made my mother a Grandma at 37, and I'm not council fodder!

sorry but that sort of bulling **** get on my tits , hang both of them
Hey, hang on, I made my mother a Grandma at 37, and I'm not council fodder!
Apologies for my generalisation :( ....again
They are the typical wastes of spaces that this country seem to produce is what I meant......endless list of convictions, nothing ever done about them....then they end up killing someone in a burst of drug induced rage.
AND they will no doubt get off lightly again.

But lets get our facts right. He was jailed for dangerous driving IE texting while driving. It was specifically pointed out by the judge that this did not cause the crash which killed the drunk chap who had already binned it and was wandering about on the carriageway. So he didnt get six weeks porridge for killing someone, and the offence was not death by dangerous driving.

that's not quite accurate
in the OP case the accused deliberately set out to harm another person, he may not have intended to kill but his attitude and stupidity caused the death of another person
in the case you highlighted the judge himself made it clear that "the texting incident had no bearing on the fatal collision." - two other cars had had to avoid the deceased's vehicle, one of them even hit it, the accused's vehicle was just the one that didn't swerve in time
He did something stupid, careless, but nothing on the level of seeking out another human being with the intent to harm them
To be fair at about 25, you should have you photo taken (mug shot).
A jury (of selected members) should then decide if you look guilty or not (prior to any wrong doing).
Life in prison, that'll learn em.
