Hey, I'm new to the world of SV's and was wondering if anyone knows if these rearsets will fit my 05 SV650s? The person selling them doesn't know so I was wondering if anyone has used them before.
(p.s.. I couldn't do a search in the technical bit for them as I don't know what they're called.)
Here's the link to them:

Any knowledge will be of great help.
Thank you.
mate, if the vendor who is selling them (and is a bike parts dealer) doesnt know if they will fit your bike then I'd be worried

Those are pictured on a Curvy SV ..... so if anyone knows if Pointy and Curvy footrests are interchangeable ?
Anyway , there are far better ones out there .

no curvy pointy brake ped is different, on yours there is a second hole for where the spring is in front of the master cylinder, curvy the spring is behind and not visible....
if that makes sense. I knows cause I'm still looking for a rear brake lever for Smudge

They don't have a fitment for the brake as they're for racing... does that make a difference? The guy says he's sold lots for minitwin racing though :S
I don't want any fancy rearsets as there's a massive chance that i'll bin it in the 1st round.
Can anyone recommend another style/company that's simple yet effective?
Thank you!

I shall have a look for you
Hmmmmm for K3 onwards these seem to be the cheapest I could find , Dealt with this guy before and he posts quickly from the States , they are double the price (£200) but they look like quality kit

I bought a set of GBmoto rearsets last year that were £140 an theyr pretty good, proper ballrace bearings in the levers an no slop. Havent seen em on ebay lately though so not sure if theyr still making em, they have got an online shop with gsxr ones which may fit pointys i think  www.gbmotoracingparts.co.uk (http://www.gbmotoracingparts.co.uk)
