what mods have you done to your bike? put up some pictures and show us what you have done to it. Mostly because i cant decide what i want to do to my bike, i have loads of ideas but it helps if you see it on another bike.

Nothing much on mine, high level can, oem fairing lowers, crash bungs and a solo seat cowl (not shown).
Planning flush mounted front and rear indicators and a tail tidy.

It's easier just to say the only original parts on my bike are the engine and frame.

best mod is oil, tyres and protection.

In order of mods i'd go R+G's, Fenda Extenda, Hugger and stainless steel bolts ready to go on as you need to take originals out.

I've played with my bike and regretted doing some things. But most things i've done have been to try protect the bike.

But go riding it, get use to it and then change things.

I did the Range-Rover mod.....

Mods ehhhh

well, here's a list of what the bike came with when i brought it:

-R&G crash bungs
-front mudgaurd extension (crapflap)
-remus road-legal exhaust
-hugger
-bellypan

My mods in the 2 and a half years of owning it:

-heated grips
-Fuel exhaust (mmmm loouuud)
-taller screen
-braided brake lines for the front

and the most significant modification

topbox

Next, I am doing suspension. I'll start with a rear shock, then consider front springs - i know the rear shock is knackered, but the front fork oil was replaced when i got the bike, and i've never had any front end issues.

do the front end first. Newer shock pushes the weight forward and the springs will be pants.

That single front shock mod looks well good how hard is it to do?

I would imagine quite easy, just line youself up with some Armco at speed and then take your hands off the bars.

Should produce similar effect.

Personally its a bit of an extreme mod, done only by suicidal idiots :p

Tho sometimes through little fault of your own you find that fate has set things up to leave you with those end results.

(ie I WAS JOKING, DONT TRY THIS AT HOME, IN FACT DONT TRY THIS ANYWHERE !!!!!)

Single shock mod was simple, just needed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and had a helping had from the local plod with the forcing off the road!

The handling was slightly affected afterwards though ;)
