Wouldnt it be cool if someone invented a cake where each individual slice was a different cake altogether? So you'd have one slice of carrot cake, one slice of chocolate etc etc

Miss Ophic does a very secret family recipe called Chocolate Salami (only cos it looks like it - its not some weird chocolate/meat combo). It's to die for, really.

Delia's chocolate beer cake is also very good. It's so good the dog once ate half my birthday cake :(

Technically not cake, but Millefeuille rank pretty high becasue of the thick icing, jammy layer and the way they're impossible to eat without making a huge mess.

But other than that, anything apart from coffee (yuk) and walnut (double yuk).

Yup I agree, coffee cakes are a no-no for me. I really like victoria sponge cake with the jam and cream filling. Extra delicious with icing ontop.

I've just had two cake based items that are better than s3x with widepants.

Drew's mum has cooked this phenomenal example below, however i was not able to photograph the god like sticky toffee pudding that was like a rain drop from heaven........... they were just eaten to quickly. However this is what i had for seconds:
