Sneeze!!!!!

I need to sneeze really bad. But I can't
I'm full of the cold, my nose is blocked and very tickly, my eyes are watering
I need to sneeze! It's so annoying!!

put your 1st finger on your nose, just below where the bone meets the cartilage

now firmly push your nose side to side a few times so the cartilage bit flicks left and right

never fails to bring on a sneeze waiting to come out for me...
