I've spent most of today beavering away at my computer and (IMO) I've made my personal best video. After some great feedback I've gone with the same theme as my last rideout video and that was to keep it short with a music track. Granted the music isn't going to be to everyone's taste, but I'm sure the video will be. :D
Anyway thanks to everyone on the rideout for providing me with the footage, any complaints with the footage then PM me and I'm sure we'll work something out. :D

The Bullet camera I use is one of the Sony 550TVL cameras from DogcamSport (http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/sony-hq1-550-helmet-camera.htm). That is linked up to a Chasecam PDR100. (http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/chasecam.htm)

That's not the greatest of pics I know but all it is is a random bit of thick'ish metal with 3 holes in it, 2 for the brackets at the front and rear of the camera and the middle one for the rad screw to hold it all in place.

Great pictures. Hope everyone keeps posting more, so that I can look and dream. We have had snow on the ground since the start of December and it is likely to be another month before I can get out of the garage. I will post some pics from the Rockies soon

I got a little bit of a discount on the setup because of the problems I was having with my previous setup from DogCamSport.
I use the PDR's internal mic which is omni-directional which picks up anything and everything (you can hear the engines revving at the traffic light GP). The PDR does have a separate mic input for an external mic or to link up with an Autocom system.
I just need the recorder then as I have the dogcam 580 HQ1 camera, the standard mic and the bass mic that pics up less road/wind noise and more exhaust noise!!
What editing software are you using?

If you have a camcorder laying about that has an AV input (I think it is) then you can plug the camera into that. If not then the more you spend the better the quality.
I'm using Sony Vegas.

The F.E.A.R part took the most amount of time to do and get right, it wasn't quite as simple as what I had in mind. :D
I bundled my way through Sony Vegas and I think I can say I'm starting to pick it up. :D

Firstly let me apologise to the Worcester crew for getting you out of bed a half an hour early. :oops:
Great bunch of guys on the ride-out. Some lovely roads and the pub at the end had a spectacular view.
