Whose naked SV is this (Screen Question)?

Just seen this pic from the Severn Circuit ride today and I been looking at getting the same screen as the blue naked in the pic below. Whoever's bike it is, does the screen make a noticeable difference and is it good quality? I know the price is £100+ and is an MRA screen.
