Miss lylej and myself are making her a birthday cake at the mo were going for a double chocolate spounge cake :) :) we need middle and topping ideas!! Quickly it's in the oven! LOL !!

Wowee am impressed with the cake making skills :-) I made YC a rich chocolate sponge with tons of chocolate icing and buttercream once, went down rather well :mrgreen:

i've eaten loads of birthday cake today. I made a chocolate cake yesterday for Evie M, I don't cook very often and I was quite impressed with myself, it was a Nigella Lawson receipe and very yummy!
