Hi all - am now a proud owner of my first SV! I believe that it used to belong to Oggyplonk, I brought it from ebay and found out after that he is also a member of the .org!
I want to add some decals as I think it looks a little plain without. Any advice on what I should add and in what colour?
Also, on the post '04 bikes with the Suzuki 'S' on the tank - is this simply a sticker or is it a badge?

See paul the 6th on the forum here, he will sort you with whatever you need sticker wise. Nice Bike too :D
I was watching that on ebay I think. Is that the Focus ST Orange?
Looks really nice. Black standard stickers and an org sticker on the rear tail panel would look nice imo.

Is that the Focus ST Orange?
I think its a Kawasaki colour.
I'd leave it like it is TBH looks great.
I'd put the decals on it, it does look a bit plain imo. Not too many, just the S on the tank and something on the upper fairing, leave the lowers.
Nice colour though!

black org decals on the seat plastics from Paul6th. I got em on mine, and they do suit in black. They are tasteful. Not sure about the fairing and tank, but Suzuki ones are around a tenner a piece.

That looks very nice :)
I always remember seeing a pic in the mags years ago of a bike (cant remember what) painted white and absolutely covered in different coloured jelly babies :)
(Not real jelly babies of course; like little pictures of jelly babies...)

I wouldn't pu the 'S' on but the sv650 decal near where the indicator should go looks good. I'd leave it tbh though.

Many thanks for all the suggestions guys - and thanks sinbad for the designs - although maybe won't go for the second one!
The reason I want stickers is because i've decided to remove the tank bra - not too keen on the looks and also seems to be a great thing for trapping moisture, and also slips around whilst on so I think it will end up doing more harm than good. Without this I think it really will look too plain.
I'm gonna definitely go for the SV650s where the indicators should be, but not too sure about the S on the tank, was thinking that the badge would be better?
Does anyone have a close up picture of a tank badge, or know where it is possible to buy these from?
i like just the S on the tank also looks good without stickers
I think it looks better debadged :P
Nice bike btw, rim tape looks good there ;)
How easy is it to remove decals?
Not meaning to hyjack you're thread?
No stickers mate - it looks the b*ll*cks!
