I've got a real thing about going to the North West coast of Scotland on the bike.

Last night I really wanted to go to the Waddington Arms near Clitheroe for tea.

Switzerland where I was in Summer and where I will be this summer, waking up, goign upstairs, opening the balcony doors, seeing that bright sunshine over the mountains. Check if its all there, missus pat me on the back and say good morning whilst I'm looking out. Get brekkie, and walk into the town.

Or Paris, sitting outside a little Cafe in a nice heat watching the day go by. Oh look, Monday :D

sat in my garden with friends, a massive ice bucket (like a giant vat container) filled with water, ice and bottles/cans of beer. Bbq going in the background, bank holiday weekend in the middle of summer, with some mellow music in the background whilst planning a trip away somewhere... :)

edit: then staying outside til the sun goes down and drinking til the late a.m. :) nice bit of groove armada in the background, maybe some MoS chillout cd's :)

Home, in brighton, on a road between the sea and the rolling hills of sussex, with fresh air that carries the taste of salt, following my dad as we ride our motorcycles to some destination for a father-son moment involving a cup of tea and a chat about nothing in particular but probably about motorcycles, engines and nothing thats chemistry.

Roll on saturday

Half time in the changing room at the Champions league final with Newcastle winning by 9 goals already. The boss has just given me, Shearer and Beardsley the nod to come on for the second half.

Or, anywhere apart from in front of a PC trying to design a 3G network....preferably with beer involved

Hmmmmm.......

I would like to diving some where I haven't been before maybe in the far east as I have never been there, or Aus.

A house by ocean, with a garage for bikes and a big patio with a BBQ, beer ect and being very relaxed.

However I do like the city scape, my fav cities are NYC in the village, CA I like San Fran and Sanata Baraba, London and Bareclona (but not LA its an armpit)

Any of those would be better than work, but on the pit straight, approaching the end of the pit lane barrier, just about to get on the brakes for Paddock Hill would be good.

as for me....there's one or two places i'd love to be right now...

el greco taverna, aghia pelaghia in Crete. over looking the bay, cheeky Mythos in hand watching the sun go down

on "the strip" las vegas on the day of my 40th last year. visited a casino or two, won some cash, went to grand canyon by limo to helipad then 'copter to the site, landed at the base, had champers and nibbles, watched the sun go down. amazing day.

and as has been said once or twice, in my back garden, supping some cold one's, cooking steaks, with friends and family, planning trips abroad, nattering about "stuff", ibiza chilled anthems in the background
