Hear by rights-youth devlopment

Is anyone in the org a youth worker or involved in devlopment of youth projects or something along those lines?

I'm in the middle of writing a job application that is asking for direct refernces to that, how it is used.

What I'm trying to include is direct examples of that into the application, in terms of devlopment and programing. I have devloped and devised several programs for youth, been part of a youth board, which then feeds directly into the board of the orginastion. I have bit of experince working with key stage 2 and 3 programs.

I also work within "every child matters" so have a broad understanding.

The hardest bit is using the correct wording as in putting my experince into the lanuage they are looking for.

Any ideas would be great, mean time back to it.

I have spent time working as a support worker and resident involvement officer at a young persons homeless hostel so I might be able to help. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking though so please feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can help at all. Can't promise that I can though.
