I found standard plate fits, but not only did it look naff but was too close to me shiny new pipes! (didnt want melted plastic on em:rolleyes:)
so i brought a 8x5 plate offa fleabay, job jobber job jobbed!
dont forget you need sum sorta brackets made up for ya rear indies as the laser tidy dont av em (i used a universal rsend tidy bracket.....motrax do em too i believe)

Dont - they are rubbish visibility wise AND also illegal as they are not far enough apart.

lol. dualy noted mate. but not too fused about legal. lol. just looks.. they are quite expensive.
just probs wont bother with the indicators. lol :riding:
Looks ar one thing but surely safety should be more important.
Have you ever been behind somebody who slows down and then makes a turn without indicating ??
Imagine a car driver following you down the road and you want to make a right turn. OK, so your brake lights will show and possibly the indicators too. But as you might have to stop due to oncoming traffic do you really want to run the risk of somebody behind you just thinking you were slowing down, and because you actually stopped they run into the back of you.....
Yes it would be their fault but that's little comfort when you are in hospital and the bike is at the garage.
Just my opinion but if you prefer looks over practicality then go for it. BUT, please don't make a turn whilst in front of me .....

lol. im not that bad. if i can see someone behine me i give arm signals for as long as poss. but more often then not noone is behind me close enough to have any cignificant impact on my driving so its all good. i aint stupid i see ur point. i was nock off my bike becuase of a wrongly indicated turn signal so i know the dangers. sall good.
with referance the MOT thing. bike is new so dont need mot for 2 years yet. its all good guys.

You can mount a bracket on the back of your number plate so that your indys would be level with the bottom of it, which would have them spaced far enough apart to be legal.
Really not worth not having them - Cops will see and pull you for a chat about that, then, they will look at your illegally small number plate and your cans.
So expect to be paying a visit to your local cop shop on a regular basis to produce your documentation, oh and the £30 fixed penalty donations to the Cops Retirement fund.
Also, if you are a pain to be following, expect people to refuse to ride with you, not just because of the lack of signals (I dont want to be having to look at what your hands are doing - and hand signals are VERY missable, not to say the lack of control you will have) but also the attitude you seem to have.

i have to agree with all the above about the indies.....safety first!!! if you look closely at my avatar you can see the indies i used an they dont look too bad, but more importantly they are VERY bright and visible.
you will attract enuff attention just from the noise of those cans (especially without the baffles) its jus not worth giving the old bill more reasons to give you a tug coz they will dig hard to find anything else illegal
but above all......you dont wanna be hit up the rear by anything due to lack of signal/visibilty, it'll far outweigh the cost of sum mini indies especially where broken bones are concerned regardless of whose at fault
at the end of the day tis your choice fella

Actually they are. I've seen a set in action on a SV and a GSXR indicators were pretty much impossible to see especially in bright sunlight.
