I'm now in NZ and am looking for a second-bike for off-road and getting round town. Last time Hovis, suggested a DR350, which was awesome, so I'm looking at a couple of those again, but I have also come across this:

It seems pretty good and although I have heard of Gas Gas, I don't know much about them. Does anyone have any thoughts??

Thanks
Luke

it's basically the spainish take on the CCM 404 I have, it's a DRZ engine ( so bits are standard Suzuki), with fancy bits bolted on, should be fun and more poke than a DR350.

cheers Mark.

the white rabbit is probably one of the guys to ask

im more just into trials, which is great fun, and im just about to road reg my beta, but they are not realy built for speed or long distance, i think they do about 50mph tops

gas gas enduros seem ok, but i would go for honda, ktm or drz

Falco's are around the $10k mark here. That is, the previous owner pays you $10k and you take the Falco off their hands! I'm still passing.... :p

Cool, thanks Mark. I wondered where the lump cam from. So from a service point of view, a suzuki dealer will be able to help me out with the essential parts?

I'd like a KTM, but they are too expensive for me right now. Plus with NZ, you have to remember that everything is miles away, which is an @rse as 60% of the bikes are in Auckland which is an hour flight followed by a 800km ride. It's not too bad, but would still add on $300 odd just to collect and goodbye to a weekend. Also no chance of viewing whatsoever......

Thanks
Luke
