today i woke up fealing good, so decided to start putting my poor sv back together, starting with something easy, hooked all the throttle back up and sorted it then....... a zorst re-vamp and RE-STUBBY AHAHA!!! :smt096

cut about another 20mm off and taped the dents out of the inlet cap, its all come out quite nicely, all needs a good autosol though :rolleyes:, tomorrow i think i will work on the front end and at least get it so i can ride out around my private land :p

ow and yeah....... my neighbours forkin hate me :smt081

I saw the during pics and thought that was your 'fixed' can, and thought it looked crap. Then scrolled down and saw the finished one which looks great. Nice and clean.

doubt it, was a pretty loud to start with lol

got my eye on some fairings :cool:

sorry not got any tips really, you just need got a steady hand and think really, knowing when to stop tapping ect, i used a small block of wood and just gently tapped the dents out with a hammer, its not perfect but you probably wouldn't think it had been in the state it was :p

looks like ill be doing the same after this morning, metal bladdy railing hurt like fu*k. New set of fairing and forks for me :(

bladdy gravel mate, the back twitched so i sat it up a bit lent back in, went a little wide which was no problem, but there was **** all over and just lost it mate. and smashed into the armco and wedge the bike one a metal post. smacked my leg up. So i goota get new forks and shiz now :cry:
