Someone posted up a link to a website that offered a clamp on digi cam mount for bikes that is able to go on the clip ons.
Iv tried and tried to find the tread but struggled and struggled to find it.
Anyone know where I can get one?

woohoo, ive been looking for best way to fit a standard ram-mount on the sv.. now all i need to know is the best way to mount a pda (which will be running tomtom) and a cigarette lighter socket for the power..

Cig lighter socket is easy. There's a large bundle of wires going into a rubber covered plug-type-thingumy under the seats. (That's the technical name for it) There are a couple of orange wires going in, with nothing connected to them. They are switched spares so won't drain the battery. Pop a wire onto one, and Roberts your fathers brother!

ok sounds good, so one of these orange wires to positive +12v on lighter socket and attach the 0v black wire on lighter socket to -ve on battery? By switched spares do you mean they are on ignition circuit so wont draw current when ignition is off?
can you tell i did electronic engineering? :)

Yep, no drain when ignition off. I hooked the hotgrips through one, a cig lighter from another.

I'm already on there lol see below. Not the best video's or music tho.
I'm good at getting people to spend their money :P
You could mount the cam the wrong way around and film yourself doing the same ride and edit it together!
