People using your picture for advertising, where do you stand??

I'm sure there's got to be something about getting monetary compensation if/when a company uses your image for advertising their goods without your permission.

You can only imagine my shock when I clicked the ALDI newsletter to find a picture of myself modelling some of their biker wear....

Please good people of the org, I need your advice on where I legally stand..

If not then explain it's a two way street and she has to show willing by starting on hers first..

If yes then explain that to obtain the 10-15% body fat required for this is an extremley difficult thing to do, first you have to feed the body to get the energy to pull off this immensly hard work, WHICH YOU ARE WILLING TO DO for her because you love her..




Then pat her on the rump and send her out to get you a crate and a KFC
