Hmmm... my favourite is flat Coke (the full sugar variety).

Benefits:

1) Starts getting some water back into your system
2) Caffeine kick starts the brain cells
3) Acid helps to settle the queasy stomach
4) Sugar for energy

Downside:

1) Rots your teeth
2) It still tastes like crap

Give it an hour or so and your appetite should return, then it's time for a greasy fry-up.

One or two of those lucozade isotonic drinks, a banana, 2 pints of water, maybe a marsbar and then when you're ready, a big meal like roast beef & veg with Yorkshire puddings or toad in the hole :) usually sorts me out. Oh and get some fresh air in your room :) open the windows!

Stick a good film on too, Shaun of the dead or something :D

Have the greasiest food you can find, and eat lots of bread, butteries, pancakes ect.

Well what you should've done was take 2 paracetmol and a pint of coke before bed and you'd be right as rain this morning...but now you'll have to result to a litre of Irn-Bru, and that'll sort ya.
