Decided to stop in Lechlade this afternoon and snap a pic of my bike as I did not have a decent one to show to anyone
Still much work to be done on her looks wise

oooo black frames look good with the blue. A nice change from the millions of blue SV's with silver frames. The can looks great as well, nice and clean.

Thanks Magnum, I didnt realise the black and blue pointies were a rarity. I gave her a clean on thursday, especially for this weekend :)

gotta get all the bugs off now after todays roadtrip, including a gigantic splat on the screen that looks more like something out of 'art attack'

nice bike mate, i like the blue looks really nice, as for chicken strips the person who had mine had 2 inch strips on the bike tyre, im slowly getting rid of those, what tyres have you got on it??? i have the standard dunlop on they seem ok but not overly confidence inspiring?!

I think a blue belly pan and black footrests would top that off...

yea, i had the standard dunlop ones on before, but when it came time to change the tyres i went for Avon Storm ST's. i've only had them on for a couple of months or so, but only recently been pushing the bike arround those corners.
i didnt like the dunlops, everytime i went into a corner, it felt like it was going to slip. but so far the new tyres are ace. i'm still a newbie rider tho

There were a few of them at the peaks rideout this weekend ;)

Belly pans look good on the pointys.
I went for the fairing lowers but they are silly expensive :(

cool! and yea, the original suzuki lowers and bellypans are just way expensive. i found a german company that makes cheap versions from fiberglass, look good, i will most likely get one next month. but i will have to find someone to spray it for me as they come white undercoated

When I bought my lowers, there were a few different ones on ebay for about the 150 mark.
I looked into the spraying of them and most places round here wanted 150 again to spray them.

It was less hastle to buy the oem ones and have a good paint match.

I also like the black frame and think that an iridium double bubble screen will go nicely with that gorgeous end can.
