Can you get insurance where you pay monthly, but can ring them up a month in advance say and tell them you don't want insurance that month and the bike will be off the road.

I'm thinking this means you don't get collect NCB? Problem is there will be a few months over next year I won't be riding at all.

e-bike do a pay as you go monthly system, you cancel it online, works a treat. if you have 8 continuous months with them IIRC they give you a years NCB, but thats only valid with them, still worth noting though.

worth a try for those on a budget or not needing insurance all year round.

Cheers.

It'll be depending on the difference when I've got a bike sorted. If it works out paying a little bit more for NCB then I'll just push for it.

james, someone your age will benefit far more from the year's NCB in the long run than not paying for a few months out of the year
