Music with helmet on

Tried putting earphones in but my rather tight helmet made it quite uncomfortable after a while.

Ive got an Arai Condor with removable lining so I'm thinking maybe could put something behind that? Any of you guys got any ideas?

Haven't tried it but said it had washable removable lining when I got it. As for the question don't worry, did a search and found a pretty useful thread

I have a condor too, hadn't realised the lining was removable?! Interested if anyone has an answer as I've just ridden from Cardiff to Gravesend with my IPOD earphones in and my ears really hurt now!

I've got them in my old Shoei, not the Green one.
Hoping not to be there on Friday but off to the Lakes instead if it happens.
