Need to increase the size of one of my partitions. Problem is I don't get that option :(

As you can see from the pic I need to extend drive D. So I tried shrinking G but the new space is created on the right of G and then I cannot move things about.

Any ideas?

Dont think you can resize, you gotta delete one then make a new bigger one out of the free space

I get lots of emails about resizing partions. Want me to forward them on ? ;)

Extend only works with continuous space, so it won't help in this case.

Either delete G, extend D and recreate G, or look to third party software.

ended up with 3rd party SW and that gave me a blue screen after sometime so decided it ain't worth losing the data and bought a 1TB Maxtor which should last for a good while now :D
