I too, am looking forward to this!
its by Richard Curtis
ipso facto i am unable to get excited by it.
im not doubting his (obvious) abilities as a writer, i just dont dig his stuff
I'm quite keen to go see it, Bill Nighy in it too

Not that bothered by it to be honest.
Looking forward to seeing The Damned United on Wednesday though!
I was interested (mildly) in the Damned United, but I just can't get over the fact that I'm simply not convinced by Michael Sheene's Cloughie accent!
I'd like to see a Cloughie film about his successes too, I mean, he's not our best ever manager, but he's in the top 1 :)

From what I've seen Sheen is excellent as Old Big 'Ead.
I'll reserve judgement till I see ti. But yea, a film about his time at Forest and Derby would be equally good I think.... Might be a bit long though
To be fair, I've only heard radio adverts for it, and I think 1 ad on the TV, so perhaps I could get over the accent if he's done the mannerisms and stance etc

He's definitely got the mannerisms down.
Somebody editted a scene from the film next to the interview he did with Don Revie and it's uncanny

Just been to see the boat that rocked and it is CLASSIC! So funny!
Good film. Saw it on Monday.
I was mainly interested in the quality music, the many funny moments were all just a bonus.
Although there was a fella sitting right behind me who had the loudest, funniest laugh i've heard in a while. I almost felt bad for him when he was the only one laughing. (He laughed at just about everything)
What did you think Dappa, have you seen it yet???
