How to do a Screen Grab from BBC iPlayer?

I was on the telly! (again) As part of the build up to the Grand Slam special, my brother, mate Richard and me were shown. As Richard is Irish, I'd like to be able to capture a still from the program for him to keep for posterity.

So anyone know how to do this? Can I request one from BBC?

let me know which program, and the time at which he appears and I will do it for you :)

Could even extract the section of video for you

Or do you want the whole program to keep ?
