hey just started to distance run and just wondering what sort of distance i should be looking at i've done a couple of 7-8 mile runs which seem about right for me just trying to get a good rythm up which is bloody difficult gonna charge my mp3 player up as i've heard music help's this aswell anybody else does it any tip's greatly appreciated enjoying it so far :)

Loads of advice on here mate, it has been a bit quiet lately, but in general there are some good tips in there. That said if you are cracking out 7 or 8 miles, you are already doing well.
