har har you funny person you:smt120:)
I'm pretty much doing the motorways guys I wasn't planning on making too much of a detour,as I'm trying to get down there for a surprise visit. My parents are away on holiday with my little lad, and its my dads 60th birthday. Not sure when I'll be setting off as I have guests the night before.
I'm not intending on making it down there too late.
I think I'm trying to make my first stop around Stoke on Trent? 80 odd miles from sunny mulletfax, perhaps due for fuel then and a pee stop by then.

I'd take you through Taunton, Minehead, Porlock, Lynton/Lynmouth then over to Barnstaple. Lovely roads

I spent half my teens up on exmoor, I know my way round those parts well, tend to miss it more and more.
