I currently have a Leo vince high level can on my pointy race bike. Had my first race on Monday and I need a few more ponies! I want to get a full system set up. I can buy the rest of the Leo vince for £325, M4 headers for £300. I've seen Micron headers for £100 which are cheap. Whats the best option? I know I will have to mod the M4 and Micron to accept my Leo vince pipe work. Where could I find Dyno results for different systems?
Thanks in advance.

My K5 is making 75 at the rear wheel with M4 pipes and a high level Leo Vince end can. Only other mod is the air filter and a PC3. The pipe adaption was made by JHS.
sell the can and fit a full M4 system, matching pipes and can.
Dyno results can vary from bike to bike and to be honest I wouldnt read too much into a chart from another bike. The M4 is probably the best gain but get it setup with a custom map for your bike if you want the best power return.
I used the full Hindle high level race system, very very light and gave me maximum power for minitwins class.

was there much to the adaptation? What do SV put out as standard, 70? Extra 5 for the full system is pretty good then. Any chance you could put up a picture of your system, one from the side of the whole bike and a close up of the conection between link pipe and collector? Cheers

Full M4 will cost me £600+ which I just don't have at the minute.
Are you limited to a maximum power in the UK? Over here the only limit is 650cc, anything else as far as tuning goes is allowed. Theres bikes I'm racing putting out 86 +

Depends on the class but yeah minitwins limited to 72bhp which keeps costs down nicely.

Pitty it isn't like that over here, you have to spend alot of money to get a competitive bike.
you'ld be better off riding a F400 or 600 instead then I reckon

Leo Vince headers work well. But general rule of thumb is bigger bore the better with a balancer pipe. The Leo Vince is actually pretty similar bore size to the M4 except the end can is longer.

I take it the micron headers are a no no. Anyone know what bore they are?

JHS Racing at Bristol. I told them I needed a high level road legal system and they came up with the spec for it, and made the link pipe up.
