View Full Version : Would a fenda extenda from a different bike fit my SV ?

no it doesn't I tried buying a bandit one (their about £8 ) and was told it wouldn't fit my sv.
Why not do a yorkie chris and construct something out of gaffa tape?

maybe sure but iff i did that i recon my sv would look like its made outa coloured gaffa tape .

I hold the patent on that! It was guttering we used (but drain pipe sounds better) - I might still have the prototype we made for Speedy's bike while her Fenda Extender was re-modelled. :smt033

I keep trying to get him to re-do the duct-taping but he's having none of it, says it adds to the scruffiness nicely :lol:

next time its parked on my drive, I shall pretend to go out and tend to my front garden, and re gaffer it....if you like :-)

I bought a carbon fibre one today for 21 squid... from Spain O.O but yeah i'd go for one made to measure or you'll be sat holding it while the glue sets in a weird position. If it's not wide enough you could end up pinching it into the tyre and if it's too wide it could just be a spoiler on your front wheel.
^ none of that will probably happen.
