Just drained the oil and the sump washer I got from the local H*nda dealer doesn't look right at all. It's got a hump on one side, it's the size of a 5p coin and the hole is wider than the bolt. Are they interchangable? (0916814004 is on the receipt).

I can't get the old washer off either, it won't unwind more than 2 threads from the top of the bolt (it's slightly wavy and quite crushed on top). Ideas on how to remove it without damaging the bolt?

at least your Honda dealer gave you the correct size. My Suzuki dealer sold me completely the wrong size washer and i didn't know til i got home and changed the oil.
