I like the colour :) can't understand how you've done a few 10k trips without any protection in the form of a Fenda Extenda :p looks very nice and in good nick.

I think it woul be just right with a belly pan :smt040
on those 10,000 km trips, what do you do about servicing along the way?

They're in Brisbane...lots of sun :p
Where abouts you from in Brisbane? I am wanting to move out there sometime in my life. Been once for only 6 weeks and it was amazing :p
Belly pan and removing the pillion pegs will finish it nicely

blacking out the fork lowers would look good too.
Black fork lowers(as above), black rearsets and a black can :)
Doesn't get much better than that!
whats a lolly shop??? :-)
A shop where you buy lollies :stupid: :p

My bike is getting ready to move into the house in the next few weeks, just as soon as my wife's SV gets back from being repaired.
Once it's inside I have a few things I want to do to it and putting a belly pan on it is on the list.
Before any of our long trips my wife and I get a major service done on the bikes and then another service after around half way.
In 2007 we were stuck in Alice Springs for a week waiting for a new chain and sprocket to be fitted, so chain maintenance is super important now.
I do have some SV-650 stickers on it now that I had made up.
I'll post a pic of them later on.

That looks awesome. How much did it cost to respray?
Personally id prefer it with a black screen though.

The respray was just over three thousand AU
Its a prismatic paint job which has a green or gold flec depending on the angle you look at it.
Getting the room set up last night - seem to be missing something though

I like that green. 10k km on the bikes...Crikey! Those tyres must take a battering then...
