I need an aluminium radiator welded. Does anyone know a place that can do it in the Dundee area?

depends how bad it it... sometimes you can get away with silver soldering it...

It's one of the mounts that has cracked around the edge

There is a really good place I went to to to have myTLS fram welded, can't remember the name, PM squid or TSM as they should know as TSM used them to fix TT600 Side stand not to lond ago.

Loads of them up that way, yell or google fabrication. Riverside engineering is one that i know of (6 months working at Nynas) Not sure if they have ally welding gear though. Wherever you go.. turning up at the workshop door with it in hand will prob cost you a lot less than going through the office.
Pity you don't stay closer to me ;)
