hi guys..regretably its time to sell my k4 54 sv..:(
have had it from new and as you can see from the pics(hopefully) its pretty well immaculate..always been garaged and only been caught out in the rain a couple o times...!;)
the bike is far from standard and here are a few of the mods done...
busa forks
custom/one off billet yokes
gsxr calipers/discs front and rear
braided lines
ktm headlight
rizoma grips/bar ends
renthal bars
gsxr front master cylinder
custom/one off rad cover
belly pan
190 rear tyre
crash bungs
pillion seat cover
led indi's
smoked rear brake light integrated indi's
custom/one off battery box and undertray
gsxr rear shock
micron carbon fibre zorst can
michelin pilot sports (done bout 1000miles)
sv1000 swingarm
mirrors
stainless steel bolts used throughout
other little custom bits and pieces

the bike has done 8200 miles and probably only a 1000 of that in the last year/18 months..its been very well cared for and i have the sparekey, owners manual, service record etc
it has one years mot (tax til end of june)

i am looking for £2500 which i think is fair considering the condition of bike and the work done to it (much machining of ally!!!)

it will be going on ebay in a week or two but in the mean time i am hoping that a forum member will be interested-a loving home and all that...!

if anyone is interested pls pm for more pics/info or possibally for viewing..i live in middlesex near heathrow airport (nr junc1 M3)

cheers guys...;)
can't remember what year the busa forks are svdemon...had billet aluminum top and bottem yokes made to fit them tho, kept the sv stem with a little machining to fit new top yoke then made the caliper carrier brackets and some tinkering to get the front wheel stem(orig sv) to fit the new fork lowers...took more than a weekend i can tell you..!!:smt087 the front wheel is within 1mm of centre of bike which is quite a bit more accurate than standard suzuki fitment..!!!

leedsmat..if i knew an old dear with £2500 i wouldn't have to sell my baby..!!!!:D

How do you get insurance on something as awesome as this??

sfstu

rossinio...insurance with adrian flux under custom/modified - £250 FC with agreed value of £3500 (inc.breakdown etc)..!! 37yo with 3years no claims..
its well doable if you shop around...;) gets expensive with performance gains rather than cosmetic'' changes..

jamiebridges...what flavour McCoys..?:D
