i had a Mk 3 black golf GTi 2.0l petrol and the insurance was £1.5k fully comp :shock: if i kept all the details the same except said i was a boy it went up by £500 lol!

they are really nice cars though, i recommend!!! and £500 is cheap!

infact yeah. It wouldn't be worth claiming if a £500 motor was nicked. Probably won't make loadsa difference though. Although get quotes on both I've had TPFT be cheaper than TPO before.

Yes, I used to own the 16v version of that car, both are 2 litre in the MKIII GTi which is what Matts one is that he's selling...
