Hmmm I still prefer the mk1.

And it'd have to be black or yellow.

Tis nice been waiting to see a picture of the 675 with a blue frame, a friend who works for triumph said they were building them and looked sweet.

Whan I ride dressed like that Paws I have no problems!

848 got a better saddle! Well you dont actually spend that much time on it from shifting backside about! think you should get a ride one before deciding-twin power!

From that angle the headlights remind me of an early R1, which I don't like. I do like the R1s of that era, but the mk1 675 looked better, more original.

The blue frame is OTT for me, the all black ones look far more subtle, it's not growing on me with looking at it!

Didn't know this thread was here... have done a Hitler Bike thing over on Bikes Talk & Issues, which after all is the correc t place for new bike pics...

I think it looks awful. Not keen at all. But I don't like white bikes. And the blue frame is deffo a mistake. You'd be forever cleaning it. Is it meant for summer weekends only?

I will not be calling the dealer. My MkI graphite bike has heaps more class:cool: Shall I post a pic of it so you can compare...

Not just blue, Ed, but "with a distinctive sparkle blue frame, swing arm and subframe"!

I can't decide looking at a picture alone... I'll reserve judgement until I see one in the flesh. However, at £7,739 I don't think it's really an option for me at this moment in time. frame, swing arm and subframe

OK, so my photoshop skills are cack , but I had a go at making the frame black...

http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb31/joshmac_3/daytona675whitewithgreyframe.jpg

TBH I think I prefer the blue. I couldn't get the frame to go black for some reason. Anyone know why? (I was using the colour replacement tool if that helps)

Another effort of mine..
R1 colours anyone?

Seen the red framed white R1 in the flesh on track, it is not girly!! The frame and swingarm are quite chunky.

I don't like the blue framed 675 tho, doesn't look aggressive enough. Not seen one in real life tho

They are nice I test rode one a couple of weeks ago, they are very narrow though, I don't think they are very good for distance or general everyday use, maybe a quick blast every now and again as your wrists and neck hurt after about 1hr.

Colour scheme is quite cool I reckon, unlike the special edition of the GSXR-1000....

Narrow - yes, but so what?
Not very good for distance - nope. Depends how far you want to go. I can ride mine all day without discomfort.
Not very good for general every day use - depends what sort of use you mean. I often ride mine to work and for brief trips here and there, although it is happier on a twisty B road.
Your wrists and neck hurt after about 1 hour - nope. Mine don't. You must be sitting on it wrongly. You do need to have a firm knee grip and no weight on wrists. I guess I'm used to it - my D650 which came before it was much the same.

I've just seen one in the local dealer.....................

WHAT HAVE THEY DONE!?!?!?!?

Have to say it looks crap, it looks alot better in the pictures.

The blue frame and swingarm make it look very cheap.

Think the black SE is much much much nicer!
