Hint - It's parked next to the RSV4 and has "Aprilia" written on the side.

Saw one at Poole Quay last night, looked and sounded fecking awesome.

Even Scoobs couldn't resist chucking his leg over:-

I think it looks pretty fowl, theres something just not quite right and the exhausts on new bikes are shocking :smt078......and judgin on the pics above I guess pillions are not an option

It really does look a lot better in the flesh. The oound of the exhaust (almost) made up for the ****ty look of it, and apparantly you can get a pillion pad!

I see you post that a fair bit....out of interest what bikes do you see the fuss about?

Not a dig or anything, just genuinely interested.

compared to the rest it's the only different bike out there bar the duke got to credit aprillia for that they could have just done another generic il4 :D

Not many TBH.

I've got a old GSXR here that will be getting modern running gear, some people get totally hooked on them and end up quite predictably with a 1216cc big bore and lots of carbon "stuff". Nice, but only reason I've got mine is because it will be a bit of a challenge to build. Oh and it was only £50...

Yes this prilla is a proper superbike in the new sense of the word, but I couldn't have one myself, I doubt I'll ever be good enough to use enough of a portion of that performance on the road, so it would just be posing.

I did like the 675s, had a go on one when they first came out and they're a great engine. Kick any 600 I've tried into the weeds with the throttle torque and responsiveness. Too nice for me to destroy with use I think, but I definitely see the fuss there. (They sound a sight better than this RSV thing anyway)

So yeah what was I rambling about? Oh yeah, I don't see many bikes as properly droolworthy especially not the ones that everyone else is drooling over. So that does beg the question, what do I want? Answers on a postcard please.

That is the winner so far, not a 1050 though, they look a bit gay with all the bling. Or the aforementioned snorting great oil cooled 1216cc. Or a CR500 with 17" wheels.
FFS there's too much choice...

i like the sprint 1050 myself no feckin daytona though anyway back on topic the rsv4 look's a winner for aprillia might get them some race win's too hopefully.

I like the looks of that Aprilia. Side profile really nice, tank and tail really nice, nose fairing so-so, exhaust typically stupid.

Tail tidy, a proper 'zorst and ditch the pillion pegs and it's a whole lot better.

I must admit, I want to have a go on my old mans GPX6 when he's finished fiddling with it - among other things that went into it was the GSXR shock I was going to use on my SV before I swapped it. Its definitely on the path less trodden.
