am not sure I want to go any lower then this, riding with pegs one up & back + tyre are on edge :pale:

Anyhoooooooooooo , Nice work there Paws \\:D/ . Seggons has video of me on Public Roads with Peg very almost down on the right and then I flip the bike over and aaaaaalmost spark up the left one too . I said it was Rhubarb and I was nowhere near leant over ..... Ollie says I was so I waited for the video . Lo and Behold , 2 days after that I grind my boot down on a public road , doesn`t feel anywhere near to me but others say I am cranked over .
And injuries from a crash
Broken Jaw with dislodged Cartilage
Broken Shoulder Blade
Broken Collar Bone
Broken Vertebra
Shattered Ankle (4 Screws and 3 Wires to secure it instead of Amputation)
Grazes and Rash of Doom up my back
I got all that from one accident .

I found with avon viper sports on you can crank it over till your break/gear leaver touches at which point there is a loud noise and a brown substance released from your backside as the bike either changes down a gear and trys to spit you off or your brake leaver grabs and locks the back up and tries to spit you off. i found both of these senarios quite a scare. but i would have thought with some jack up plates or rear sets you'd be fine.

Are you riding the bike upside down? Leaning it onto either pedal should result in at worst a) broken brake lever or b) changing UP a gear.
That's part of the reason those levers work that way round, I should imagine.

i ran race shift pattern on my sv (down for up and up for down) and the brake leaver gripped rather than sliding so it pulled the brake on and bent the leaver which was straightend in one hit with a piece of wood behind it and a bit 8lb sledge hammer .
All the best

What a tool! That's not pushing it. He leans over far too far for that speed and corner - presumably so he can get "cool" vids of himself with sparking sliders. No-one wonder he threw it into the armco.

What a tool! That's not pushing it. He leans over far too far for that speed and corner - presumably so he can get "cool" vids of himself with sparking sliders. No-one wonder he threw it into the armco.
Surely that is pushing it?
Defiantly was going too fast for the roads though, ill agree with that. :(

I think he meant that's not pushing... he's gone a step further and just being a tw*t. I can't see the video here though, so I'm just hypothesising on how I interpretted the comment.
Will have a look when I'm home later...

Ah yea that would be true... I think he spends a lot of time up there so he probably just got a little too complacent. Making excuses for him now :p

This is knee-down-syndrome.
Riding with the main goal being getting your knee down will not make you a better rider, and will probably make you a slower rider, but some people seem to think there's some real kudos that goes with it. Perhaps because it's tangible unlike being "quick".

Nope. Pushing it is when you go round a corner so quick, that you HAVE to lean the bike over that much.
You could go around that corner quicker and have the bike far more upright. Big lean doesn't necessarily mean "pushing it".
