View Full Version : Why Is It
That during the week when you have to get up for work, you can't wake up, but at weekends when you could have a bit of a lie in, you wake up at 5am? :smt096
I know what does it for me..............it's the old 'going out on the bike' excitement! :D
for me I wish I knew what it was :) But I've been up since 5 as well
Got up at 4 this morning to see Sam and Mina off to a dog show :p So much for a lay in :D
i blame the pesky kids who have no conecpt of weekends :( . I reckon its quieter at weekends in the morning so they compensate by making more noise

Same here. I thought I might fall back to sleep but no such luck.
On the plus side, I'm up in plenty of time for the Marches Meander 2 :smt026

I have to get up at 6 of a morning to go to work on the bus. If I cycle I can leave at 8. I struggle to get up either times, however, if I have a day off for a lie in, ie weekend I either get up at 8 orrrr have something to do. Most of the time when I went on rideouts, I would get up 3 hours early so I wasn't late for wherever I had to be, do a check on the bike and go and get some brekkie. I think at AR07, me and Baph were a bit keen for brekkie on the Saturday lol.

I cant get up before 8 to go to college during the week but on saturday i get straight up at 8 to go to work
Ugh... I have the day off today and I woke up at 5:30, a lot earlier than I normally do for work. And I couldn't get back to sleep. Curses!!!

I concur with your thoughts Lissa. I cant get up easily for work either.
But lets say me and my dad have planned to go to brands hatch and we have to leave at 5:30 am to get there in time to get a good spot (like in 2007 for WSBK).
I was up at 4:30, dressed at 4:35, breakfast'd and tea'd by 4:45 and twiddling my thumbs for the next 45 mins. My bike was already loaded up with everything I needed :smt038
