rattling noise at high revs.

i just purchased a y-reg 650s, which had a bump into another bike, only fairing damage but it has a rattling noise from the front of the engine when it revs over 3500rpm, sounds like a bolt or something rattling around inside...........not mechanically minded but will have a go if easy enough, any ideas????????????

well im no big hot shot up town fancy lawyer :smt112, but sounds like your front cam tensioner is stuck or sticking, there is a guide of how to sort it on the main site
