joined today, as i picked up this earlier...a mint sk4 650s with a genuine 344 miles!! 1st owner locked it away in garage for four and half years!!..

Welcome aboard, and congratulations on what looks like a great deal.

After four years you are almost certainly going to have to replace the battery. Lead acid batteries gradually discharge over time unless connected to a maintenance charger. Leaving them discharged leads to irreversible battery damage (sulphating out).

I'm sure one of the serious mechanics will be along with a more complete list of what jobs you should do before going too far.

yes she's mint as new!!!..dont worry about it been stood, its been checked over and serviced ..doesnt need anything and it rides 100%..battery was on an optimate, connected it up to mine once home..shows full..as for price yeah bargain of the year!! considering what prices dealers are asking for 30k old shape sv's with more dings than ive had dinners, oh and the seat is a special snakeskin non slip gel thingymabob comfy as
