My initial thought its not off the bike yet cant get it off till another night i doubt 1 is any more than 31.5kg but i dunno about 2 neither will they have the tyres so a bit of weight saving if it goes to this bloke, only thing i could think of comparing agaisnt was 31 bags of sugar but i dont have a qaurter of a pack of sugar let alone 31 bags!

gaybay says between £9-£15 for wheel postage so take it from there imo.

Depends on how your sending it really.
Royal Mail will be expensive.

Use www.parcel2go.com

Easy to do, DHL will collect from your home and it costs about £12 for upto 20kg with £50 insurance. They have never lost a parcel yet that ive sent.

Far cheaper and easier than the Royal Mail for bulky items.

Don't use royal mail for parcels.

Finding out the hard way atm :(
