Hi,

I know this has been asked before but I can not find a thread on it using search.

So I ask you again what is the best exhaust for a curvey SV, I have around £350 and would ideally like a full system and high level, I'm not that bothered about BHP increase more the sound of a beast being unleashed and of cause the looks.

Ideas?

Well if you only want it for sound and look (and not performance) dont get a full system - just a get a high level can.

Should be do-able for £200

If I can get a full system for around £350 then I might as well do the whole thing, but I was after makes, models links.

Get a fuel SS oval, then use the change towards progressive springs.

The M4 High Level End Can is £250 alone - the pipes are bound to be much more than that again.

Micron system if you can find one, probably get away without rejetting, some weight saving over stock. You can get high level pipe for that.

M4 stainless system is £550 from JHS. I believe that includes the can.

Remus. /thread :smt004 They're heavy but they're brilliant. Full system is actually pretty pointless, you go to all the extra hassle of rejetting/mapping for it, then in the end you've got about 5 extra hp. Terrible bang/buck return. If you plan to do more tuning it's a requirement really but it's just not a good shout for most bikes.

Blue flames seem to make a nice sound.

Its all down to what you like the look/sound of. Go for what you like! :)
