Hi all

Matt had an off about 5 minutes ago, an idiot in a car did a U Turn in front of him on the A41 Finchley Road.

He's ok, bike is pretty damaged. Front bearings are gone, headlights broken and a few other things. Basically the bike is un-rideable. I can't get to him but he is getting a recovery van back to mine. He's asked if anyone is around at some point to look at the bike and give him an idea of what else he might need fixed.

He got the guys insurance details and took some photos. No-one stopped to help.

Will keep you posted.

Glad he's OK. I hope he managed to get a couple of witnesses so the t**t in the car can't wriggle out of buying him a new bike, leathers, helmet, etc...

Oh no, he saw me. He saw me when i was banging on his window after screaming at the top of my lungs. We made eye contact just before our vehicles made physical contact too.
