I went out with my mate last night, got really trashed I'm still drunk (or just really hungover) so what should I eat to help out?

I'm in Bournmouth if that makes a difference, so I wouldn't mind just sleeping on the beach for a while, however this may happen at any time!

Good fry up normally helps me, but only if you can stomach it :p

Not that I know off what is it? I have had pizza and soda its getting there still too mashed to make store though! BBQ is the next plan of action I think, but sleeping in the sun is nice!

Irn Bru, as dawn said, preferibly out of a glass bottle.

In the same boat as you today mate, not good.

I usually get something greasy, pie burger, chipper etc.
And Irn Bru and Lucazade(apple).

Or hair of the dog,

Big cooked meal of some sort... Chicken kiev, potato smilies & beans, or toad in the hole etc

Anything quite high in fat. Big Macs and the like are good for hang overs, but bad for general long term health...:D

I finally better now! I have the feeling that I have been probally a wee but drunk most of the day I think I'm done with drink for a while now, but it was awesome fun:D

Yer something like that! Though it does make a differnece I think my body might be making a suggestion, I would probally feel a lot better if I trained and drank a hell a lot less. But hey no pain no gain, sometimes fun hurts!
