They have done about 200 miles, I took them off the bike less than a week ago. I have some pictures I can email if you want. Just PM me your email address.

I really out to know this but i'll ask anyway...are these the size that fit my K5?

I beleive so, all pointies have the same tyre size as far as I am aware. Maybe even all curvies too for that matter.

The only typical difference is that stock front tyre is 120/60/17. This front is a 120/70/17 as is the case on almost all race SV650s. The tyre is a little taller than stock.

So what difference does the taller tyre make to the handling that you use it to race with? I'm just curios is all.

Send you a PM iwth my email addy now for the pics.

Main reason to use this size is that its the closest size available to be honest :-) in these grippy tyres.

But technical difference is that it feels like it can tip into corners a little quicker than stock and that the profile provides a larger contact patch to the tarmac when fully leaned over giving more grip.

Interesting, thanks for that. Got the pics too, so as soon as i can go out my front door without getting soaked i'll double check the sizes and come back to you mate :)

All SV650 use 120/60ZR17 front, 160/60ZR17 rear as standard. 120/70 supercorsa works fine :-)
