Went up to stay with me dad last week in Notts, couldn't have picked a better week weather was cracking and we spent most of our time out on the bikes.

Took a few pics while at Rutland Water to share with you all, some nice roads up round that way.

The money shot :D

One last piture, just to finish off my week nicely. Travelling back today somewhere i must have picked this up,,, a bloody gert off nail :(, brand new tyre done 800miles, so thats pi$$ed me right off. I've done loads of filtering today so my guess is i've picked it up off the ****ty parts of the road.

Being a fair weather biker helps  and keeping on top of the dirt, didn't clean them properly all week just got the flys off. Gave it a good clean when i got back though, bloody nails!!! :smt088

Not sure about plugging it, I know it should be fine plugged but id prefer a new one. I'll take it to me garage and see what they can do for me.

A plug will be fine - you can do a trackday on a plugged tyre..! They can last for the rest of the tyres life. Matt had a nail through his and got it repaired by essential rubber..So dont write off the plugging option so soon :)

[EDIT] great pics btw, shiny shiny bikes :D

Just finished fitting my wheel again, had it plugged in the end, only cost £30 plugged from the inside. Ready for the GP ride on Saturday now :-D
